Responsibilities

Support Operating Supervisors and the Field Operations Planner in managing the growing demands of underground utility protection
Best utilizing operations data in addressing one call ticket volume
Supporting the company's damage reduction goals
Lead efforts in analyzing ticket data
Prioritizing field resources
Developing dashboards and tools to enhance operational efficiency
Performing risk assessments
Producing actionable reports
Supporting compliance mailings
Managing invoices
Contributing to quarterly and annual performance reporting
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Integrating new technologies
Supporting outreach and education initiatives aimed at reducing no-call damages and promoting safe excavation practices
Supporting ongoing work throughout the year
Aligning deliverables to quarterly reporting cycles and continuous improvement initiatives
Performing periodic overnight travel to perform in education and outreach activities
Participating in industry committees and organizations
Improving data-driven decision-making
Reducing administrative burdens on field personnel
Contributing to public safety, regulatory compliance, and community trust
