Responsibilities
Prepare materials and supplies for hourly new hire orientation sessions
Conduct warehouse tours for candidates during the interview process to provide insight into operations
Print and distribute new hire badges and OP (OpenPath) cards
Upload attendance and behavioral feedback forms to individual employee profiles
Use UKG (or other HRIS) for reporting, attendance tracking, and roster management
Assign attendance points for No Call/No Show (NCNS), Voluntary Time Off (VTO), and missed punches in line with attendance policy
Perform regular roster scrubs to ensure accuracy of scheduling and employee data
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, including logistics, setup, and communications
Send JA (Job Abandonment) notifications following established HR protocols
Sort, send, and direct incoming mail to the appropriate departments or personnel
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and proactive
Experience in human resources operations
Ability to maintain accurate employee records
Experience with onboarding processes
Familiarity with attendance tracking and reporting
Experience with employee engagement initiatives
Ability to conduct warehouse tours
Proficient in using HRIS systems like UKG
Strong communication skills
Ability to assist in planning and executing activities
