Responsibilities
Lead efforts to integrate tightly with critical operations groups to provide cost trends, analyze key drivers of cost changes, and support for cost reduction efforts
Evaluate cost impacts of changes in product design and supply chain (i.e., cost, supplier mix, volumes)
Ownership of sophisticated models and financial analysis to validate, interpret, track and communicate product cost impacts
Create process for measuring cost over time through design of metrics and comparison to key targets
Present to Senior Management at product cost reviews and lead discussions on key drivers for product cost movement
Other ad hoc requests related to the supply chain and product cost
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant finance experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related field
Preferred
Strong analytical skills and ability to work within ambiguity
Crisp verbal and written professional interpersonal skills; ability to compile and present data to senior leadership
Strong financial systems and business application skills including SAP, Excel, Keynote, and Tableau
Ability to manage multiple programs or projects at once and to self-direct efforts as appropriate among competing priorities
Work well with others in a team setting and independently
