Rhino Tool House is seeking an Assembler I who will perform basic assembly tasks under direct supervision. This role focuses on learning production processes, developing foundational technical skills, and supporting higher-level assemblers.

Responsibilities
Perform entry-level assembly of components and parts using provided instructions, drawings, and schematics
Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
Inspect own work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards
Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Assist in material handling, staging, and organization of parts
Document production activities as required
Seek guidance and support while developing proficiency in core assembly skills
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical concepts
Ability to read simple drawings and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback
Overtime determined by the needs of the business
