Responsibilities
Play a key role on Russell Investments’ OCIO client service team
Serve as a primary contact for day-to-day inquiries
Work closely with senior team members (Client CIOs) to deliver exceptional service
Participate in client meetings
Manage quarterly investment reviews
Prepare clear, high-quality presentation and communication materials for our clients
Partner with internal teams to provide a wide range of investment services
Conduct policy review
Design asset allocation
Implement portfolio
Evaluate managers and products
Report on performance
Apply a strong understanding of performance calculations and attribution
Deliver customized analysis and solutions in response to client requests
Craft clear, insightful, and well-structured written commentary
Explain performance results, market conditions, and strategic recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Investments, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field
FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 63 required (will consider ability to obtain within six months)
At least 2 years of applied investment-related experience, with knowledge in market/economic analysis and investment strategy evaluation
At least 2 years of institutional investment management experience in client service, consulting, or portfolio management
Working knowledge of asset allocation theory, modeling techniques, and performance measurement
Proficiency with analytical tools and software, with the aptitude to quickly learn new systems
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, client-ready materials and executive-level narratives
Demonstrated collaboration, integrity, and relationship-building skills
