Responsibilities

Generate outbound leads, qualify prospects, and transition high-potential leads to field sales
Handle inbound inquiries, order entry, and account management for smaller accounts
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Drive sales through acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and upselling
Collaborate with outside sales to maximize regional performance
Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers to ensure seamless service
