EEG Research Sales Account Manager
Interaxon (Muse) is a neurotechnology company that builds brain-computer interfaces. They are seeking an EEG Research Sales Account Manager to bridge the gap between research teams and customers, providing support and understanding of research products and workflows.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for research customers
Develop a deep understanding of research products and workflows to help researchers use the platform effectively
Provide front-line customer support, including issue diagnosis and guidance for research clients
Own issue intake, triage, and escalation, partnering closely with Research and Development teams to ensure timely, effective resolution
Create, track, and manage Jira tickets to document issues and follow them through to completion
Qualification
Required
Degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., neuroscience, biomedical engineering, computer science, engineering, or related)
Ability to understand and communicate research or medical technology concepts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-facing mindset
Comfort with technical tools and systems; basic technical literacy required
Interest in or early experience with sales or customer success in a research or technical environment
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or ability to learn quickly
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred
Familiarity with EEG or neuroscience research workflows
Experience in a sleep lab or clinical research setting
Experience with research, clinical, enterprise, or pharma customers
Exposure to AI-enabled tools or data-driven systems
