They are seeking an Architectural Designer with a minimum of 8 years of experience to work throughout all phases of the design process, exhibiting strong design capabilities and excellent time management skills.

Architecture

Responsibilities

Work both collaboratively and independently throughout all phases of the design process
Exhibit self-starter traits and confidence to push creative boundaries
Develop and coordinate project documentation, execution, construction plans, details etc. in Revit
Take on new challenges and assignments on complex project types
Demonstrate strong design capabilities complemented by presentation skills that convey design thinking
Manage aspects of projects from conceptual design through project completion

Required

Holds a professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program
8+ years of experience working in a professional office
Has strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in a collaborative studio environment with teams of varying sizes
Experience managing aspects of projects from conceptual design through project completion
Must be highly proficient in Revit and Rhino
Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred

Licensure preferred
Knowledge of Vray and Enscape is preferred
