Responsibilities

Video Creation Process
Prior to filming - Ideate, brainstorm, script and produce shot lists for on-site filming. Create and maintain library of completed videos as well as running list of future video ideas
Filming - Conduct on-stie filming, including management of shot lists for numerous videos while also ensuring high-quality video capture
Post-filming - Organize and store/archive all captured footage and then edit videos to align with storylines and creative direction using Adobe Premiere Pro. Create and integrate motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects
Assist with the creation/editing of Rules of Golf educational content, including online courses, PowerPoint decks, other education materials, videos/images/graphics, etc. Assist with the Rules of Golf inquiry program as needed
As needed, filming for other projects, including Rules workshops or USGA championships

Required

2+ years experience with filming, editing, and creating social media content - you take pride in creating visually engaging and highly polished content
A demonstrated passion for and familiarity with the game of golf, including solid knowledge of the golf industry, golf administration, the USGA, and its mission required
Prior knowledge of the Rules of Golf is a strong plus - and achieving Rules certification will be expected and required
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is required
Strong skills in After Effects, including graphic design/creation, text animation, rotoscoping and masking
Experience with on-site video production, including filming techniques and equipment operation
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through video and visuals
Strong organization and communication skills, eager to learn, and a desire to be part of a collaborative team
