This entry-level position is designed for recent engineering graduates eager to grow into a Product Development Engineer role by conducting hands-on testing and contributing to product development through design and analysis work.

Responsibilities
Conduct product testing in the gas lab to support senior and principal engineers
Prepare clear, accurate, and professional test reports using Word and Excel
Design, build, and upgrade test equipment and fixtures; troubleshoot and improve existing fixtures
Execute Design of Experiments (DOE) and analyze results using Minitab
Perform basic Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to support product validation
Work with Creo and SolidWorks to create models, drawings, and test equipment designs
Support Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) in Windchill
Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement in testing methodologies, equipment, and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline required)
Strong interest in pursuing a career in product development and testing
Hands-on aptitude with the ability to build, modify, and troubleshoot test fixtures
Proficiency with Creo, SolidWorks, and Minitab
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret test data
Basic knowledge of Finite Element Analysis tools and applications
Excellent communication and report-writing skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Ability to work independently in a lab environment and as part of a team
Preferred
Internship or co-op experience in testing, product development, or manufacturing
Experience with DOE and statistical analysis
Familiarity with Windchill or similar PLM systems
Desire to pursue further education or advanced certifications
