Responsibilities

Run point on delivery management
Collaborate regularly with internal and external partners
Enter and track PO status
Track upcoming contracts/agreements for renewal/re-negotiations
Facilitate change management with key contacts throughout the organization
Update forecasting and metric models and charts
Drive operational PLM activities including part number creation and BOM management to support both New Product Introduction (NPI) and Mass Production (MP) programs
Oversee configuration management processes, including Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Document Change Orders (DCOs), ensuring quality and process standards are upheld
Manage invoice/payment trackers
Assist with back end billing issue resolution
Create dashboards to enhance leadership visibility

Qualification

Procurement system experienceProject managementExcel proficiencyGoogle Sheets proficiencyIssue trackingInterpersonal skillsAttention to detail

Required

BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in a high-growth company with procurement, project management, engineering, accounting, or forecasting experience
Hands-on experience with a procurement system. Netsuite or iProcure experience preferred
Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets
Handled issue tracking and resolution
Solid interpersonal skills
A knack for details and are calm in a fast-paced environment
