Customer Strategy Sr. Manager

PepsiCo is a leading global food and beverage company, and they are seeking a Customer Strategy Sr. Manager to lead high impact initiatives for the Walmart Inc. US Team. This role involves managing the +$800MM PepsiCo Neighborhood Market business and supporting the development of the +$2B WMT US Digital strategy through collaboration with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop a focused strategy and manage the customer relationship for the +$800MM PepsiCo Neighborhood Market business
Support annual JBP and AOP processes across all PepsiCo businesses
Collaborate cross-functionally across Finance, Marketing, Category, and Sales teams
Support Chief of Staff for WMT Global SVP and WMT US SVP
Collaborate with teams to continue to develop and hone Omni-Channel strategy and execution – digital business is now 20% of WMT’s $11B business
Act as a responsive partner, solving real-time issues or addressing opportunities that arise for the sector within any of the key functions (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, etc.)
Maintain a strong consumer packaged goods and retail industry network to ensure PepsiCo has a clear competitive advantage and to track competitive performance

Required

Strong leadership and collaboration skills

Excellent communication skills with ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely
Operates efficiently and effectively in a matrixed environment and demonstrates effective collaboration across multiple layers
Strong presentation skills, ability to present at all levels within customer and internal organization
Prior customer team /sales/ marketing or strategy experience
Highly analytical, motivated, decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills
BA required (MBA strongly preferred)

Benefits

Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
