Kelso Industries is a company with over 3,500 employees dedicated to providing HVAC and mechanical solutions across the nation. They are seeking an HVAC Project Sales person to drive sales of commercial HVAC solutions, work closely with clients, and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and decision-makers
Identify opportunities for HVAC system upgrades, replacements, and new installations
Prepare and present proposals for turn-key HVAC solutions, including scope, pricing, and timelines
Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery
Stay current on industry trends, energy efficiency standards, and emerging technologies
Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in HVAC sales, consulting, or related technical field
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, business, or related field
