Perform complicated service, repair and maintenance operations on all heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration, air moving equipment, and related electronic equipment and controls throughout the plant and allied buildings

Qualification

Required

Perform complicated service, repair and maintenance operations on all heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration, air moving equipment, and related electronic equipment and controls throughout the plant and allied buildings

Preferred

Experience with managing adjustments to HVAC systems using building automation controls, ALC or equivalent
Experience with high pressure steam systems and piping
Experience with fluid pump service and repair
