Responsibilities

Lead the transition and implementation of a modern correspondence solution

Assess current Elixir-based workflows, templates, and system integrations

Define and execute a migration strategy for templates, rules, and correspondence libraries

Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to design and implement the new system

Develop and document best practices for notice generation, formatting, and delivery

Ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements, including audit readiness and customer communications

Support system testing, validation, and user acceptance processes

Train internal teams on the new system capabilities and workflows

Perform other tasks as necessary to support and achieve business objectives

Required

Proven expertise with Elixir Correspondence and Notice software, including implementation, customization, or support

Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Forms/Document Services) and/or OpenText Exstream

Strong knowledge of document composition, template management, and correspondence automation

Experience with system migrations, integrations (APIs, databases, CRM/ERP), and enterprise-scale deployments

Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge technical and business teams

Prior experience in large-scale correspondence software replacement projects

Familiarity with compliance-driven industries

Skilled in change management and end-user training

Willingness to travel as needed to support client projects and corporate responsibilities
