Responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services, promotions, assisting with valet and bell requests, and answering overnight calls
Process forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries
Qualification
Required
Previous experiences in a luxury resort preferred with experience as overnight host
Must possess a professional presentation
Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time
