Own talent strategy and hiring quality across the organization
Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team
Coach leaders to manage people with clarity, courage, and compassion
Embed faith, values, and culture into hiring, development, and performance
Help design compensation and incentives that reinforce stewardship and results
Qualification
Required
Hands-on leadership experience in a people-focused role
Ability to develop and implement talent strategy
Experience in coaching leaders to manage people effectively
Strong understanding of embedding values and culture into hiring and development processes
Experience in designing compensation and incentive structures
Preferred
Experience in a faith-driven organization
Background in HR or related fields
Proven track record of building a culture of excellence and accountability
