Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, developing deep relationships and ensuring satisfaction with OverCast Digital’s services
Create and implement tailored strategies for client growth on TikTok Shop, leveraging expertise in affiliate management, paid media, shop merchandising requirements, and social commerce trends
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations that align with their business objectives
Manage and mentor a team of Senior Account Managers, ensuring they are supported and empowered to deliver exceptional results
Collaborate closely with the VP of Accounts to develop and execute account strategies, resolve challenges, and identify opportunities for expansion
Facilitate communication and alignment between clients and internal departments, including marketing, creative, and operations teams
Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to clients and internal teams
Develop monthly and quarterly business reviews and presentations to showcase client progress and opportunities for improvement
Proactively identify and address challenges to optimize account performance and maximize client satisfaction
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive incremental revenue and deepen client engagement
Contribute to the development of proposals for new business opportunities

Required

6+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field, preferably in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media
Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans
Analytical mindset with a strong focus on KPIs, ROI, and performance optimization
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field

Preferred

Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, social commerce trends, and digital marketing strategies
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams
