As a Sr. Buyer in the Global Procurement Operations Center, you will play a critical role in reviewing and approving purchase requests, managing procurement strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic procurement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Execute and manage indirect procurement strategies across assigned categories

Review and approve purchase requests in Ariba and Oracle, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Execute procurement strategies and support competitive bidding to achieve cost savings

Collaborate with Category Managers and stakeholders to meet business objectives

Determine appropriate procurement approach (local vs. regional) based on spend and supplier profile

Serve as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams to resolve procurement issues and provide guidance on purchasing procedures

Support enterprise initiatives such as ERP implementation and procurement tool deployment

Generate and analyze purchasing reports to support decision-making

Contribute to team projects and continuous improvement efforts within the procurement function

Required

Minimum 3 years procurement experience

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field

Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and Oracle systems (Oracle Fusion experience preferred)

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

Experience in the media, entertainment, or broadcasting industry

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills

Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities
