Responsibilities
Perform full interior and exterior detailing on new and pre-owned Volvo vehicles
Wash, wax, polish, buff, and condition vehicles to Volvo and Swickard quality standards
Execute final-delivery details that protect guest trust and brand presentation
Identify cosmetic issues and communicate needs clearly with management
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Work efficiently in a flat-rate environment with consistent throughput
Qualification
Required
Prior automotive detailing experience (dealership experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team standards
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable, punctual, and process-driven mindset
