Develops and markets customer business to different insurance carriers to obtain quotes based on an evaluation and analysis of the customers insurance needs and requirements
Responsible for overseeing the performance of the agents and supporting staff and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Develop business strategies to increase market share profitability
Maintain relationships with clients to foster business growth
Analyzing financial performance and preparing budgets
Overseeing the recruitment, training and management of the brokerage staff
Requires knowledge of complex insurance products and a variety of lines such as commercial property and casualty, employee benefits and others
Qualification

Insurance experience
