Responsibilities

Aircraft Level Avionics systems design, integration and test

System engineering and integration support to multiple Avionics products including Flight Management Systems (FMS), Guidance, Navigation, Fight Controls, Autopilot, Displays, Datalink, etc

Systems validation and test of new Avionics functionality using dynamic aircraft simulation and test facilities (Integrated Test Benches)

Honeywell Primus EpicDOORsSystems integrationFull Life Cycle Systems engineeringDisplay integrationDO-178 planningTechnical discipline degree

Required

MUST HAVE Experience with Honeywell Primus Epic integrated avionics systems

Experience decomposing and validating customer requirements into high-level system requirements using DOORs

Experience writing scenario base tests for system level verification

Experience working in the Honeywell SITS labs (test facility for the EPIC platform)

Integration of complex federated systems (Displays, FMS, Flight Controls, Datalink, Radios)

Full Life Cycle Systems engineers (both sides of the V diagram)

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or systems engineering

5+ years of Systems, Avionics, Software of Aerospace engineering experience

Due to the nature of the work performed, U.S. Citizenship is required
