Responsibilities

Collaborate across Portfolio Management, Investor Relations, Finance, and Operations to deliver high-quality performance and portfolio analytics
Develop, refine, and track key metrics across private credit strategies
Conduct detailed portfolio and strategy-level analyses to support investor requests, internal reporting, and performance management
Prepare and maintain accurate track records, respond to due diligence inquiries, and ensure data integrity across reporting platforms
Partner with teams to improve workflows, processes, and data systems supporting the Private Credit Group

Required

5+ years of experience in portfolio analytics, performance measurement, or investment reporting
Strong understanding of private credit markets and credit instruments
Experience with performance measurement methodologies and GIPS standards
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, Python, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar tools preferred
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with an analytical and proactive mindset
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CFA/CAIA a plus
