Responsibilities
Execute investment banking engagements across restructuring, M&A, and financing transactions
Develop sophisticated financial operating models, recovery analyses, valuations, and other customized analytical work
Lead the preparation and refinement of client-facing presentation materials
Participate in and, where appropriate, lead client meetings and discussions
Support strategic decision-making in collaboration with senior bankers
Ensure all deliverables are accurate, thorough, and of the highest quality
Qualification
Required
A minimum of one year of investment banking experience at the Analyst level
Outstanding academic performance from a top-tier undergraduate institution (minimum GPA of 3.5)
Prior investment banking experience, preferably in restructuring, M&A, or leveraged finance
Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to analyze and interpret key financial metrics (credit analysis experience is a plus)
Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, with strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5
