Responsibilities
Client management, project management
Leadership and mentoring of staff
Staff supervision, quality control, workload and staff planning

Maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and invoicing

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Maryland required
10+ years' progressive experience in civil engineering land development design, preferably in suburban Maryland. Prince George's County experience is a plus
5+ years' experience managing staff, technical skills to develop and review plans and work with engineers, planners and surveyors
Excellent organizational and delegation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
