Responsibilities
Create and maintain weekly rolling MPS covering cumulative lead time horizon to ensure 100% customer demand supply while maintaining Inventory targets and optimizing plant capacity
Schedule production for specified products and production Lines understanding all the physical and manning constraints of these Lines
Ensure that MPS: Is feasible and balanced against resource finite/demonstrated capacity, Includes all phase-in/out, localization and transfer plans as well as new programmes development/prototyping, Is based on SIOP agreed working calendar and includes all planned downtime (Holiday, routine maintenance, Line closures, etc.), Is in line with Supplier/Subcontractor available supply capacity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in creating and maintaining weekly rolling MPS
Ability to ensure 100% customer demand supply while maintaining inventory targets
Experience in scheduling production for specified products and production lines
Understanding of physical and manning constraints of production lines
Ability to ensure MPS is feasible and balanced against resource finite/demonstrated capacity
Knowledge of phase-in/out, localization and transfer plans
Experience in new programmes development/prototyping
Familiarity with SIOP agreed working calendar
Ability to include all planned downtime in MPS
Understanding of supplier/subcontractor available supply capacity
