Executive Recruiter - Fintech Sales/GTM
Coda Search is a trusted leader in the recruiting landscape, specializing in both contingency and retained search. They are seeking a Fintech Sales Recruiter to manage the placement process and develop client partnerships in the financial services space.
Responsibilities
Interact with high caliber candidates and clients, including many top tier financial services software providers!
Recruit top candidates and manage the entire placement process
Prospect and sign new client partners and account manage searches
Screen resumes and conduct candidate screens (in-person, virtual and phone)
Learn to identify qualifying backgrounds to jobs by researching internal ATS, social media and great tools provided by Coda Search
Keep up to to date on ongoing trends and hiring needs; attending conferences, events, etc
Implement ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the team and company
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years in full desk, permanent placement recruiting
Preferred
Degree preferred
