Responsibilities
Talk directly with people who have recently experienced a loss
Inspect the damage
Investigate all documentation to ensure each detail is recorded accurately and fairly
Thoroughly checking claim case facts
Determining coverage, liability and reserves
Accurately reporting on each settlement
Navigate settlements with individuals, attorneys, and other insurance carriers
Prepare and maintain well-written files
Keep their teams up-to-date on current claims
Qualification
Required
A true commitment to customer service excellence through positive, effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills
Highly effective time management skills
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, fairness and impeccable organization
A passion for helping others
Will need to obtain CT License
Preferred
Some customer service work experience preferred
