Responsibilities
Build detailed financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses for clients in the Consumer and Industrials sectors
Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction memoranda
Conduct market, industry, and company research to support senior bankers in strategic decision-making
Assist in all aspects of deal execution, including due diligence coordination and data room management
Support senior bankers on live transactions and business development initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (top-tier university preferred)
1–3 years of investment banking, consulting, or relevant corporate finance experience (analyst or similar role)
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Demonstrated interest or exposure in Consumer and Industrials sectors is a plus
