Responsibilities
Help lead and manage front-of-house staff, scheduling, training, and performance development
Own membership growth, retention programs, and sales goals
Strategically optimize the customer journey, including tours, onboarding, and follow-up process
Help oversee daily operations, inventory, facility care, and vendor coordination
Create and execute local marketing and partnership initiatives in collaboration with leadership
Analyze KPIs and reporting to drive continuous improvement
Maintain a culture of excellence, hospitality, and accountability
Qualification
Required
3+ years of management experience (preferably in fitness, health & wellness, hospitality, or retail sales)
Proven sales leadership with a track record of hitting goals
Strong communication and team-building abilities
Organized, self-motivated, and committed to operational excellence
Passion for wellness, recovery, and helping people thrive
