Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners calling for service
Answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, and confirm job details
Build trust with customers through clear, friendly, and confident communication
Coordinate with technicians to keep daily schedules efficient and on track
Manage jobs, notes, and updates using ServiceTitan
Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth, professional experience
Stay composed and solutions-focused during busy days
Qualification
Required
1–2+ years of experience as a CSR, dispatcher, or admin (home services experience is a strong plus)
Excellent phone presence and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift
Team-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people
Preferred
ServiceTitan experience is preferred, but not required if you're tech-savvy and quick to learn
