Responsibilities

Serve as a functional consultant on assigned WMS implementation projects

Provide application and business process expertise in warehouse operations

Analyze customer business requirements and objectives; design and document business processes that align with Infor’s WMS capabilities

Configure and model "to-be" processes within the Infor WMS application

Apply Infor’s implementation methodology and utilize available tools to support efficient solution deployment

Prepare weekly project status reports for Infor and customer project management

Collaborate with Infor project managers and cross-functional team members to meet project deliverables
