Responsibilities
Welcome and check in party groups and guests
Assist with running birthday parties and events from start to finish
Keep events on schedule and full of energy
Upsell food, beverage, and add-on items
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of party rooms
Deliver food and supplies from Krave to events
Track event details and communicate with the team
Address guest concerns quickly and positively
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old
Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable engaging with guests of all ages
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Must be available weekends, evenings, and some holidays
Preferred
Customer service or event experience is a plus
