Responsibilities
Write and manage internal repair orders for trades, loaners, and all other inventory vehicles
Work closely with technicians, parts, sales, and recon to keep work flowing smoothly
Track repair progress and communicate clearly to avoid delays
Ensure repairs meet Tulley and BMW standards
Keep repair orders accurate, organized, and audit-ready
Qualification
Required
Valid Driving License
Acceptable Driving Record
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Service advisor or internal advisor experience not required
Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills
Ability to handle a fast pace while doing things the right way
Team-first mindset and pride in consistent, quality work
