Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through outreach, networking, and creative sourcing strategies
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
Sales-Driven Recruiting: Use a sales-oriented approach to match candidates with the right roles
Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy candidate and client pipeline to ensure consistent placements
Interview & Placement: Screen, interview, and present candidates to clients effectively
Follow-Up & Closing: Keep communication active with sales reps and candidates to successfully close placements
