Responsibilities
Generating new business opportunities through outbound sales, email campaigns, and strategic networking
Leading high-level conversations with decision-makers in the health and fitness industry
Delivering engaging, value-led product demos of a leading AI-driven platform
Managing multiple concurrent sales opportunities and driving each to close
Collaborating with marketing on lead-generation and pipeline-building activities
Building long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers
Accurately forecasting and tracking your pipeline using CRM tools
Consistently hitting — and exceeding — monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Qualification
Required
3+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record of exceeding targets
Comfortable selling to senior decision-makers, including operators, GMs, and C-suite clients
Confident in delivering high-impact software demos tailored to customer pain points
Excellent communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder
Strong prioritisation and time management skills — capable of owning a remote territory
Self-starter with a creative, solutions-focused approach to sales strategy
Preferred
Experience in or a passion for the fitness and wellness industry
