This role is responsible for project management, leadership, profitability, and client management for the Land Development project design team, ensuring projects are completed within established budgets and deadlines.

Responsibilities
Project management of land development plans, stormwater management, water and sanitary sewer, soil erosion and sediment control design
Managing multiple projects and workload with competing deadlines
Quality control
Regulatory agency permitting
Proposal scope and budget preparation
Financial management including invoice preparation and accounts receivable
Scheduling of projects so that they succeed
Properly manage clients and bring in new clientele as well
Hiring, mentoring and training new staff to build a successful Civil/Site team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required
10+ years of site design experience is required
PE license is required
Knowledge of local city, county and state land use processes and regulations in TN
Proficiency in technical skills in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analyses, grading and other site development related designs
Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD
Possess a valid driver's license
Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions

Construction oversight experience a plus
