Responsibilities
Perform physical exams and minor procedures for High Risk Patients
Diagnose and treat a range of conditions
Prescribe medications and interpret lab results
Educate patients and make necessary referrals
Supervise PAs or NPs as assigned
Collaborate with care teams to improve outcomes and efficiency
Complete messages, labs, and documentation by end of session
Provide inpatient care as needed
Participate in staff meetings and case reviews
On call approximate every 6 months
Qualification
Required
MD from an accredited institution
Board Certified
Georgia medical license or eligibility
Passion for compassionate, community-based care
Comfortable serving patients from all backgrounds-High Risk
