Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to unlock new verticals and partnerships
Build and manage a robust sales funnel using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PDM, Marketing, GTM) to drive client activation strategies, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Navigate long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations to close high-value deals
Understand and address client needs by applying exceptional product and industry knowledge
Proactively propose tailored solutions and map them to client objectives
Build and maintain trusted executive relationships with curiosity, value-add, and a human approach
Stay informed about key industries (retail, finance, healthcare, technology) and their unique advertising needs
Represent the company at industry events and through thought leadership initiatives
Ensure long-term client satisfaction and focus on retention and growth
Monitor media trends (e.g., AI in advertising, data privacy, consumer behavior) to inform strategy and engagement
Uncover and communicate client needs to influence internal product and service development
Identify competitive weaknesses and provide actionable recommendations for market positioning
Collaborate with Operations, Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to drive innovation
Take extreme ownership and accountability for outcomes
Contribute to a positive team environment through persistence, grit, and proactive problem-solving
Solicit and provide constructive feedback, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration
Embrace diverse perspectives and resolve disagreements respectfully

Qualification

Required

5 to 10 years in digital advertising sales with a strategic and consultative sales approach with focus on building long term partnerships
Experience within the Mobile and programmatic advertising space, including thought-leadership on industry trends and emerging technologies in this space
Proven track record of new business revenue generation in a goal-oriented environment
Critical thinking, curiosity for digital marketing and passion for winning
Demonstrated ability to foster cross-functional partnerships and build long-term client relationships
Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to articulate value propositions persuasively
Ability to adapt quickly to client needs, market conditions, and organizational priorities
Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
