We’re seeking a strategic fundraising leader to join our Executive Team as Chief Philanthropy Officer, where you will design and lead a comprehensive fundraising program to advance BSLT’s mission.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement fundraising strategies across major gifts, corporate, foundation, and planned giving
Manage a portfolio of ~50 high-capacity donors; conduct at least six strategic donor meetings monthly
Lead capital campaigns and special initiatives
Supervise and mentor a high-performing development team
Drive board engagement in fundraising and lead the Development Committee
Set and achieve annual revenue goals of $4M+
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of progressive fundraising experience
Proven success with major gifts and capital campaigns
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Bachelor's degree required
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
