The role involves leading a multi-disciplinary team in an engineering environment to support test and tactical software development, while ensuring successful technical execution of the program.

Responsibilities

Communicate regularly with the program Integrated Product Team Leader (IPTL)
Responsible for the Technical Execution of the program
Work directly with the Program Manager/IPTL to establish and complete program milestones
Lead a multi-disciplinary team in an engineering environment
Develop and participate in presentations for gate reviews
Attend Failure Review Boards (FRBs) when required
Attend Change Control Boards (CCBs) and approve system changes
Report status metrics for your team to stakeholders
Define program requirements in a multi-disciplinary team
As the lead, you will be expected to provide training, as needed, understand the scope, cost, and schedule of the Program, and define/delegate tasking for your team
Travel up to 20% to support the development and/or delivery of our test environment equipment

Required

Experience in a lab environment to work with weapon test system designers
Ability to understand requirements, design solutions, integrate, and deploy systems
Experience in test and tactical software development, testing, and delivery of missiles
Ability to communicate regularly with the program Integrated Product Team Leader (IPTL)
Responsible for the Technical Execution of the program
Ability to work directly with the Program Manager/IPTL to establish and complete program milestones
Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team in an engineering environment
Ability to develop and participate in presentations for gate reviews
