Provide effective project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects
Adding value to the client by applying proven project management techniques
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management or Architecture
5+ years of experience working on large building construction or civil projects
Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel
Solid understanding of design and construction principles with the ability to read construction drawings and perform construction administration processes
Exceptional verbal, presentation and written communications skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Experience with software such as Bluebeam, Primavera, ACC Build, and e-Builder
