Responsibilities
Install and program residential AV, lighting, shading, network, and control systems (Savant, Lutron, Sonos, TVs, shades, etc.)
Deliver clean, reliable, and well-managed work that meets Springboard’s high standards
Solve problems on-site and ensure every detail is right—from cable terminations to perfectly tuned lights
Collaborate with a team that works hard, is eager to grow, and stays ego-free
Qualification
Required
2+ years Lutron, network, and residential AV installation experience
Strong wiring, rack building, and troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail—you take pride in work only another tech might ever see
Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders
Valid driver's license
Travel required across Philadelphia, Manhattan, Miami, and beyond
Experience with Lutron, Sonos, or networking is required
