Work with clients to build and structure investment portfolios

Required

Two - four years of investment or consulting experience

Strong investment knowledge and familiarity with financial/accounting principles

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and Bloomberg

Proficient Excel modeling skills with the ability to take data sets and synthesize into outputs that provide the base analytics for investment research

Must be detail oriented, able to work independently and multitask

Solid writing and analytical skills, with the ability to produce clear and accurate written materials

Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality work

Comfortable and willing to engage in conversations with managers, references, and clients

Demonstrated commitment to understanding and adhering to deadlines

Team player mentality with strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with colleagues in different office locations

Mature, professional demeanor and an ability to present to clients and prospects is important, as that aspect of the role will increase with time

Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

Knowledge and experience within real estate or other real asset classes is preferred, but similar years of experience in the investment industry will be considered

CAIA® designation or CFA® designation (or progress toward these credentials) is a plus
