Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting related roles
Balance sheet experience, cash flow knowledge and experience, capital allocation
Self-starter with strong business acumen, organizational and analytical skills, with high attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Proven ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to take initiative to seek out solutions with minimal guidance
Demonstrated aptitude working with large volumes of data and analyzing trends
Proven analytical background in budgeting and forecasting
Ability to communicate data findings to various levels within the organization; ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-financial audiences
Robust understanding of the Income Statement
Capacity to interface with senior executive staff and develop appropriate ad hoc reports as requested
Prominent level of competency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Modeling, etc.)

Preferred

MBA or CPA preferred
Experience with PBCS, SmartView, SAP, and HFM preferred
