They are seeking a Director of Marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies targeting ADR professionals and enhance the company's market reach through strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
Develop the overall marketing strategy, including targeting, messaging, and multi-channel campaigns for ADR professionals and adjacent markets
Create and execute campaigns using both traditional and digital marketing (email, conferences, trade shows, webinars, sponsorships)
Manage the website, content, and online presence; lead continuous improvement of the user journey and funnel
Build and optimize lead-generation programs using data, analytics, and testing
Own the marketing budget, KPIs, and reporting dashboards
Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels
Oversee marketing content including collateral, case studies, email sequences, and client-facing materials
Plan and manage industry events, trade shows, and community engagement
Support improvements to onboarding, customer education, and client experience
Gather customer insights to inform product roadmap discussions
Collaborate with leadership and operations to align marketing priorities with company goals
Manage outside agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed
Grow and mentor a small marketing team over time
Qualification
Required
5+ years of SaaS marketing experience required; startup or early-stage experience is a strong plus
Experience marketing to professional service providers or tech-resistant customer bases
Comfortable owning strategy and doing hands-on execution
BS in Marketing/Business or related field (or related experience); MBA is a plus
Strong grasp of analytics, testing, and performance optimization
Experience managing agencies, events, and multi-channel campaigns
Preferred
LegalTech experience is strongly preferred, and moves you to the front of the list
