Responsibilities
Lead engagement delivery, ensuring quality and risk management throughout the project lifecycle
Manage internal customer relationships, focusing on business outcomes and the identification of new opportunities
Develop and manage performance metrics and OKR for goal setting, tracking and ensuring alignment with performance objectives
Implement AI strategy to corporate services enterprise-wide
Lead the formulation of enterprise, business, and functional requirements across multiple time horizons, integrating findings from internal research, external developments, and leadership's priorities
Drive multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
Operate autonomously in environments where excellent thought leadership and ability to collaborate with peers and senior leaders is required for progress
Develop a deep understanding of the internal client's business objectives across corporate services
Facilitate alignment sessions, working sessions, vendor demos and workshops with key stakeholders and senior executives, incorporating novel/outside-the-box engagement tactics and methods, resulting in aligned decisions/recommendations and high participant engagement
Work effectively in a matrixed organization and often lead the matrix team toward the agreed upon milestones. Identify, direct and coordinate resources (people, systems, tools) without direct authority. Independently manage prioritization of work execution of the group
Consult with business leaders (VT leaders, division leaders, sr GPs) on the design and execution of innovative solutions; work closely with AI experts in the lab to confirm technical feasibility - represent both the business and technical sides
Independently lead multi-disciplinary teams (comprised of 5+ people and disciplines) to address complex enterprise level business questions, maintain work progress, track progress and accountability to requirements; disciplines include analytics, data science, tech, AI, qualitative research, and social science
Independently identify patterns across initiatives within and across divisions; make recommendations related to consolidation or alignment. Explain the risks and tradeoffs

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
6+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, emerging technologies or AI-driven business solutions
Ability to build and manage relationships effectively
Hands-on experience with Generative AI Tools (e.g., OpenAi, CoPilot, Salesforce)
Strong analytical and decision-making skills to develop solutions to complex problems
Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading large projects
Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels
Preferred
Master's degree
Degree focus in computer science, applied math, or related field
Prior experience leading AI initiatives in Financial services industry
6+ years of experience in AI/ML projects, including stakeholder engagement, delivery of business solutions
Strong expertise in Enterprise AI Platforms and Tools
Strong exposure to financial services industry operations, value levers, and use case landscape
Proven success in developing AI strategy, AI governance models, frameworks
Strong client-facing skills with ability to articulate technical topics to business executives
Exposure to in product management methodologies
Knowledge of emerging technologies and technology strategy, vision and roadmap
Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, cognitive architectures, and autonomous agents
AI certifications (Microsoft)
