Responsibilities
Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders
Diagnose vehicle concerns using diagnostic equipment and service information
Test-drive vehicles to verify concerns and completed repairs
Repair and service engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems
Communicate repair needs and time estimates to Service Advisors
Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
Perform Video walk around and multi point inspections
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of Service Technician experience
Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical repair skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
Team-oriented and reliable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
Preferred
Audi, Volkswagen, or Porsche experience preferred, not required
