Responsibilities

Assist in delivering sales and share goals for Walmart.com and Samsclub.com
Maintain weekly performance trackers and summarize insights for internal stakeholders
Help prepare customer-ready presentations, business reviews, and planning documents
Support catalog maintenance and product content updates in partnership with cross functional team
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure item set-up accuracy and readiness for new items
Ensure product detail pages meet best-in-class standards for imagery, copy, SEO, ratings & reviews and meet customer requirements and scores
Monitor competitor listings and identify opportunities to improve visibility and conversion
Assist in executing online promotions, pricing updates, and merchandising programs
Coordinate with Walmart Connect, MAP, brand teams, and agency partners on campaign setup and reporting
Track online promotions and assess performance results
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and external agency partners
Help manage timelines and communication to ensure smooth execution of launches and campaigns
Support troubleshooting of supply, availability, or item-level issues

Required

3-4+ years of experience in CPG, retail, eCommerce, marketing, or analytics preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in data tools (Excel, reporting dashboards, or retail portals)
Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
Interest in eCommerce, retail strategy, and the digital shopper experience
Eagerness to analyze omni actions with corresponding POS results; then adjust accordingly to drive maximum ROI
