Program Manager, Revenue Enablement

Responsibilities

Support the rollout and reinforcement of core sales processes, operating rhythms, and GTM initiatives across the revenue organization
Partner with Revenue Enablement leadership to deliver programs focused on leading indicators, pipeline creation, deal progression, forecasting hygiene, and adoption of sales methodology
Help operationalize strategic initiatives by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, communications, and enablement assets
Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Product to ensure sellers are enabled on changes to process, tooling, and priorities
Track adoption and effectiveness of enablement initiatives, surfacing insights and recommendations to leadership
Act as a connective tissue between strategy and the field, ensuring initiatives land clearly and drive behavior change

Required

4+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, GTM Operations, or quota-carrying Sales roles within a SaaS environment
Strong understanding of sales process, operating cadence, and how sellers execute day-to-day
Experience supporting or leading cross-functional rollouts and change initiatives
Ability to think strategically while executing with detail and follow-through
Strong communication skills and comfort working with Sales leaders and cross-functional partners
A bias toward action, structure, and continuous improvement
